Landscape

The landscape has always drawn me — not primarily as subject matter, but as atmosphere. Something beyond the obvious. It is the light that decides. The transition between day and night, when the sky glows in afterlight and the landscape softens. The urban landscape and the natural landscape sometimes meet in the same image — the built and the organic sharing space. The light is always changing. You have to be there.
